How To Attract The Right People To Your Network Marketing Business

Building a strong organization of like-minded individuals is the key for your success in network marketing. Not everyone has what it takes to be successful in this business. So what kind of person do you want to attract to join your team?

Look at it this way, you are the president of your business and you want to build a strong, dynamic and supportive team, made up of capable, trustworthy, committed and loyal individuals. You want to attract the best of the best!


So where do you start?


Well, first and foremost you are looking for the kind of people who are naturally attracted to your business. For example, if your business has to do with health and wellness, then you are looking for people who like to live healthy, people who like to stay fit and people who are interested in good nutrition. Or, people who want to change to a healthier lifestyle. If your business is about technology, then you want to attract people who are in to technology, gadgets, apps, etc.In any case you want to find the RIGHT kind of people. People who want to build a business, who need to earn an extra stream of income and who love what you have to offer. And people who have an open mindset and love people. You are also looking for people who are coach-able, who love to learn new things and who love to grow.

Network marketing is not about joining a company and buying products every month, it is about changing your lifestyle and it is about helping other people change their lifestyle as well. So you really have to love what you do and be passionate about it.

John Milton Fogg says it best in his book “The Greatest Networker in the World”:

“The people who really make it in this business are the people who believe.”


So what do you have to believe in?


Well first of all, you have to believe in yourself. Because if you don’t believe in yourself, who will? If you have doubt in your abilities or you carry with you some dis-beliefs or limited beliefs from the past, then you really need to work on getting rid of those.


Second you have to believe in the network marketing industry. If you have any doubts about whether or not it is working or if it is legitimate or not, or whatever, it will be difficult for you to build a business. If you don’t embrace and trust this business model one hundred percent then you will have problems. So you need to get rid of your doubts!


Third you have to believe in your product/s and your company and you have to believe in your leaders.If you want to be good at this then you really have to love your products and be passionate about them and your company, because it comes through in your voice and in your expressions when you talk to other people, those very same people that you are trying to attract to join your team.

So in wrapping this up, you are looking for other people who are just like you. People who believe in the network marketing industry and the lifestyle it has to offer and people who you think will love the products you are promoting just as much as you do and can really benefit from building a business around them.
